Ivorian leader Alassane Ouattara concludes Kenya mission, returns to Abidjan
Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara arrived back in Abidjan on Saturday, May 23, 2026, following his participation in the Africa Forward Summit held in Nairobi, Kenya. The Head of State was welcomed at Félix-Houphouët-Boigny International Airport by Vice President Tiémoko Meyliet Koné, Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé, senior government officials, members of the presidential cabinet, and military and administrative authorities.
This diplomatic mission to Kenya aimed to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Côte d’Ivoire and the East African nation.
