Chad president concludes diplomatic visit to United Arab Emirates
Chadian Head of State Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno has returned to N’Djamena following an official visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he held high-level discussions with UAE leadership.
The President of the Republic, Marshal Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, touched down in N’Djamena late in the evening after concluding an official visit to the United Arab Emirates.
During his working trip, the Chadian leader engaged in two separate meetings with UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The first discussion took place at the Presidential Palace, while the second meeting was held at the Marshal’s official residence.
Upon landing in N’Djamena, the Head of State was greeted by Prime Minister Amb. Allah-Maye Halina, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, several government ministers, the Minister of State and Secretary-General of the Presidency, the Presidential Military Chief of Staff, the Deputy Civil Cabinet Director, the Deputy Private Secretary, and the Mayor of N’Djamena.
