AU commissioner hails Morocco’s industrial strides under King Mohammed VI

On Monday in Rabat, the African Union Commissioner for Economic Development, Tourism, Trade, Industry, and Mines, Francisca Tatchouop Belobe, commended Morocco’s achievements under the leadership of King Mohammed VI. In a press statement after her meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, she highlighted the significant industrial progress Morocco has made in recent years. She noted that the kingdom holds a leading position in the automobile and aeronautics industries across the African continent.

The AU commissioner also praised Morocco for sharing its expertise with other African nations, emphasizing the establishment of a critical minerals value chain by the kingdom. She took the opportunity to express gratitude to King Mohammed VI for his unwavering support to the African Union Commission.
