Niger’s president entrusts prime minister with kaffa south-east well drilling launch

The Prime Minister of Algeria, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, has arrived in Niger on a working visit at the request of the Algerian President, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune. The high-level mission includes overseeing the official launch of drilling operations for the Kafra South-East 1 exploration well near Agadez.

Accompanied by Niger’s Prime Minister, Mr. Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine, the Algerian delegation will preside over the ceremony marking the start of this strategic project, aimed at boosting the country’s water and energy security.
