The disciplinary board of France’s top football league has imposed a strict sanction on Nantes following the chaotic scenes that unfolded during their final Ligue 1 match against Toulouse.

In a decisive ruling, the LFP decided to penalize the club with a behind-closed-doors match at the Stade de la Beaujoire. Additionally, the tribune Loire will remain closed for the next two home fixtures as part of the punishment.
