Morocco and Iraq strengthen security partnership in Rabat meeting
On Thursday, June 25, 2026, Abdellatif Hammouchi, head of Morocco’s General Directorate of National Security and Territorial Surveillance (DGSN-DGST), hosted the Iraqi Ambassador to Morocco, Hayder Shiya Albarrak, at the DGSN headquarters in Rabat. The meeting focused on deepening security cooperation between the two nations, with particular emphasis on public safety, intelligence sharing, technical assistance, and police training programs.
