Togolese Prime Minister Faure Gnassingbé expressed his appreciation on Monday for the warm reception extended by Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov during his official visit to Bishkek. The Togolese leader is attending the 26th Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit, a pivotal gathering of Eurasian heads of state and government.
