According to the opposition leader, the leaked document reveals that Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko was informed as early as August 2024 about alleged embezzlement of startup funds, with portions allegedly diverted to pay bonuses at the National Oil Company (SONAC).

The politician’s statement doesn’t stop at the financial discrepancies.
