Rhdp mankono launches strategic political season for base revitalisation
The Rassemblement des Houphouëtistes pour la Démocratie et la Paix (RHDP) in Mankono commune and sub-prefecture recently convened its political season from July 17 to 18, 2026. This crucial gathering focused on evaluating the outcomes of the 2025 elections, providing essential training for party activists, and reinvigorating its grassroots structures, a key part of the RHDP Mankono political strategy.
Cissé Namory, the RHDP departmental secretary for the Mankono area, whose political constituency encompasses both the commune and sub-prefecture, reiterated the unwavering commitment of militants in the Béré region to fortify the presidential party’s influence and presence.
He celebrated the RHDP’s decisive victory in the recent legislative elections within his political department, secured by Deputy Salimata Fofana épouse Méité. However, Namory also expressed concern over instances of indiscipline among certain members, suggesting that such conduct had sometimes received backing from various party executives.
“We bear a responsibility for candor towards our militants to maintain the unity and effectiveness of our political endeavors,” he asserted, advocating for enhanced discipline and solidarity within the RHDP ranks, crucial for effective governance Africa.
The political season unfolded across two significant phases. The inaugural day featured a thought-provoking seminar titled: “Learning from the recent electoral process and charting the course for the new militant cycle.”
During this session, Professor Soro David, the Deputy National Secretary for RHDP political structures, delivered a compelling presentation on “The contribution of the National Development Plan (PND) 2026-2030 to the advancement of the Béré region.”
Professor Soro detailed the progress achieved in Béré under the PND 2021-2025, subsequently outlining the promising prospects introduced by the new PND 2026-2030. “The Béré region has greatly benefited from the PND 2021-2025 and stands to gain even more with the PND 2026-2030,” he declared, highlighting numerous anticipated projects across the education, health, and infrastructure sectors, vital for society Africa.
Furthermore, Professor Soro commended the dedication of regional leaders and citizens who stand alongside President Alassane Ouattara, emphasizing that their active participation serves as a vital catalyst for Béré’s growth and the reinforcement of governmental initiatives throughout this part of Côte d’Ivoire, reflecting strong African politics engagement.
