PSG to Offer €100m for Eli Junior Kroupi, Could Deter Tottenham’s Pursuit
After securing back-to-back Ligue des champions titles, the Paris Saint-Germain is preparing for a busy summer transfer window. The club has been mentioned as a potential suitor for Eli Junior Kroupi, with reports suggesting that an offer in the region of €100M could be on the table.
The 20-year-old attacker has reportedly caught the eye of several top clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea FC, and Arsenal FC. The Spurs are said to be preparing a significant offer for Kroupi, which could potentially change the dynamics of the negotiations.
However, the PSG is also in the mix, and the club’s management team is keeping a close eye on developments. While they may not have initially been considered as a major contender for Kroupi’s signature, the PSG has been busy identifying other targets to strengthen its squad ahead of the new season.
As reported by Sport, the PSG is exploring alternative options in the market, including Maghnes Akliouche and Yan Diomandé. However, any move for Diomandé could be contingent on the departure of Bradley Barcola, who has also attracted interest from Liverpool FC.
