PSG targets Maghnes Akliouche from Monaco this summer
With all eyes on the 2026 World Cup, Paris Saint-Germain is already planning its summer transfer window, and Gonçalo Ramos could soon be packing his bags. According to the latest whispers, Luis Campos is aiming for at least three new recruits, and one of them might be a young Ligue 1 talent.

In recent years, PSG has completely shifted its strategy. Gone are the blockbuster signings and superstars; the capital club now focuses on young talents with a kind of post-formation that has already paid off. This is notably the case with Désiré Doué and João Neves, outstanding players who have become undisputed starters in Paris.
Akliouche on the move
This trend could continue with a young attacking midfielder from Ligue 1. That player is clearly Maghnes Akliouche, who was already being tracked last summer and now appears ready to leave during this transfer window. But don’t expect him to reveal his future plans. “What matters to me is enjoying myself, continuing to be happy on the pitch, and keeping my sky blue,” the French international explained a few months ago. “I want to give pleasure to the fans, to my teammates, and repay the trust Monaco has shown me. Above all, I want to keep my drive to improve and become more decisive. Talking about anything else makes no sense today.”
PSG in pole position
Currently at the 2026 World Cup with the French national team, he will nonetheless have to worry about his future sooner or later. Reports indicate that Maghnes Akliouche is very likely to leave AS Monaco this summer, with several clubs tracking him. PSG is among them, and transfer market insiders suggest the Parisian side is currently the favorite to secure his signature. In the principality, an offer is reportedly expected for the player, whose market value is estimated around €50 million.
