Olympique Lyonnais has officially confirmed the permanent transfer of young defender Noham Kamara from Paris Saint-Germain. The 19-year-old, standing at 1.85 meters, initially joined Lyon during the winter transfer window on a loan deal that included a purchase option. This option has now been activated, making Kamara a Lyon player until 2030.
The deal sees the Rhône-based club pay 4.1 million euros for the versatile defender. Additionally, the agreement includes a potential bonus of 2 million euros and a 20% sell-on clause on any future capital gain from the French U20 international. Kamara, who developed his skills in the Parisian region before entering PSG’s esteemed training academy, offers flexibility, being adept at playing both central defense and right-back.
