In Niamey, Dr. Mamoudou Harouna Djingarey, Chair of the Advisory Council for Refoundation (CCR), met with Sahle-Work Zewde, former President of Ethiopia, who is leading the Independent Strategic Review (ISR) of the UNOWAS mandate. This high-level engagement follows a period of shifting dynamics in the Sahel, where security, political, and humanitarian challenges demand renewed approaches.
