Maganga Moussavou believes the Head of State reaffirmed his dedication to the Gabonese populace, urging citizens to actively shape their destiny and regain control over the nation’s economic mechanisms.

Pierre-Claver Maganga Moussavou emphasized the importance of backing this vision, particularly concerning the opportunities it presents for Gabonese youth. He commended the initiatives established through the Banque pour le commerce et l’entrepreneuriat du Gabon (BCEG), viewing them as vital tools for fostering private enterprise and promoting economic autonomy. “I am fully aligned with the President’s address,” he affirmed, while conveying his hope that the declared commitments will genuinely materialize into concrete actions that benefit all citizens.

Acknowledging the significant challenges confronting the new administration, the PSD leader recognized that President Oligui Nguema’s mission is inherently complex, given the profound expectations of the Gabonese people. Nevertheless, he contended that the reforms initiated since August 30, 2023, provide a solid foundation upon which the country can build a renewed momentum. Maganga Moussavou stressed that only through collective mobilization can Gabon overcome its pressing economic, social, and institutional hurdles, crucial for effective governance in Africa.

Describing himself as a “clear-sighted opponent,” Pierre-Claver Maganga Moussavou reiterated his readiness to support any initiative that serves the national interest. “He can count on my assistance in his endeavors,” he declared, assuring that he is prepared to contribute his extensive experience to the nation’s reconstruction. Beyond political differences, he advocated for responsible cooperation, a cornerstone of stable African politics, to drive the country’s development and fulfill the aspirations of Gabon’s society.
