Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire – In a bid to support the country’s transition towards a more sustainable energy future, Schneider Electric has announced the deployment of its new AirSeT technology in Côte d’Ivoire. This innovative solution combines air purification and advanced digitalization to meet the evolving demands of the region’s electricity sector.

The move is part of Côte d’Ivoire’s broader strategy to develop a more diversified energy mix, with a goal of achieving 45% renewable energy by 2030. As the country faces rapid growth in urbanization and industry, Schneider Electric’s AirSeT technology promises to play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of its electricity network.

Designed to seamlessly integrate into existing infrastructure without requiring additional training or modifications, the new equipment is poised to meet the evolving standards of international markets. According to Nicole Malan, Vice-President Business Power Systems and Infrastructure for Schneider Electric’s Africa Sub-Saharan Cluster, ‘AirSeT represents a unique opportunity for Africa to build modern energy systems that will remain relevant for decades to come.’
