The OHADA Club of Abdou Moumouni University in Niamey (Club OHADA UAM) is delighted to announce a significant solemn opening event, scheduled for May 22 and 23, 2026, between 9 AM and 12 PM. This academic and scientific gathering will explore the compelling theme: « OHADA: The Past, The Present, and The Future! ».
Running concurrently with this inauguration is the 8th edition of the “As de la Plaidoirie en Droit OHADA” (OHADA Law Pleading Ace Competition). This esteemed initiative is designed to foster OHADA legal understanding, refine judicial rhetoric, and encourage scholarly discourse on the evolution of uniform African business law.

- Preliminary phase challenge : « Is a redefinition of business law necessary within OHADA ? »
- Grand final debate : « OHADA Law : Business Law or Economic Activities Law ? »
